Customer Care - In-Store Pickup

Can I use in-store pickup?
In-store pickup is available to customers who wish to pick up an order in our Tacoma store.

How soon can I pick up my order?
Simply call us at 253-627-0202 and tell us when you would like to pick up your order. We will make sure all items are in stock and will confirm the pickup time with you. Calling us is the simplist way to insure stock is available and your order will be ready-and-waiting. If you do not have time to call and cofirm a pick-up time, please give us a day or two to get your order ready. We would appreciate all orders picked up as soon as possible. We are a small and charming store and storage is limited.

What do I need to pick up my order?
In the interest of your security, only the person who made the online purchase can claim store pickup merchandise.
You will be asked for the following:
-Your email receipt or order number.
-Photo ID (a valid state-issued ID or driver's license).
-Credit card used to make your purchase.
-Your signature acknowledging receipt of the product.

How do I cancel or return an order?
If you wish to cancel an order, simply call us at 253-627-0202.

To return merchandise, you may either mail back your purchase or bring it into the store. Your return will be treated the same as any other online order. If you bring the item into the store, the front counter will issue a receipt for merchandise received.

I have decided to have my item shipped instead. What do I do?
It is easier and less time-consuming to select a shipping option from the start, but if you have changed your mind after the fact, please call us at 253-627-0202. We will determine shipping and get back with you. Please have your credit card ready because the shipping will be processed separately. Our secure server does not store credit card numbers, so we will need your credit card to process the shipping payment.

The Link, Tacoma's brand-new light rail transit streetcar, exits on 9th and Commerce--walk a few feet down the hill to 9th and Pacific and you're at our store!

And did you know it is free to ride the Link? The 1.6 mile line runs from the Tacoma Dome through downtown to the Theater District (and Ever After!). This allows users to park, or transfer from buses or Sounder and ride Link into downtown destinations. The Link arrives every 10 minutes.
