Q How do I calculate the amount for shipping?
A Simply add the item(s) you want to our secure shopping cart. Add your shipping zip code and recalculate. Our shopping cart will access UPS and USPS to determine shipping charges.

Q What are my shipping options?
A USA: UPS Ground (lower 48), UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, USPS Priority Mail

Overnight services: UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day),
USPS Express Mail (1 day to MOST destinations; some destinations take 2 days).

International: USPS Express International, USPS Priority International

Q What if there is a shipping problem or I need to return an item?

Q How long does each shipping option take for delivery?
A

For any package that needs to be shipped out on the same day or the next day, please call the store at 253-627-0202. We will accomodate you whenever possible.

Any order placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will not be able to be processed until the following day at the earliest.

Ship times are based on estimated time in transit after UPS or USPS has received or picked up the package from our store. We pack and label the box; the shipping company picks it up directly from our store. We process orders as quickly as possible, but again please call us if you need your package shipped immediately.

Shipping Options

U.S.P.S. Priority Mail® - Not guaranteed delivery time usually 3-5 days after pickup. This is an inexpensive option, and it usually arrives in 3-5 days, however, the USPS does not guarantee a ship time. If you need a guaranteed ship time, please use UPS. USPS usually has delays during major holidays.

UPS Ground - Guaranteed ground delivery 1-6 business days after pickup from our store. See map at bottom of these descriptions.

UPS 2nd Day Air® - Guaranteed by end of 2nd business day after pickup.

UPS 3-Day Select® - Guaranteed delivery within 3 business days after pickup.

UPS Next Day Air Saver - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day.

USPS Express Mail - Express Mail® items offer a guaranteed delivery time and is overnight to most domestic locations. ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED EARLY IN THE DAY. Some locations are guaranteed by the end of the second day, depending on the destination location. Please note, www.everafterstore.com is not open on Sunday, so any Express orders placed on a Sunday will ship out on a Monday. Also, our local post office is not open on Saturday. We have a USPS pickup later in the day, but this will add one day to your Express shipment for any Saturday order.


Q Do you refund shipping charges?
A We are a small charming store and unable to afford free shipping options. However, we offer personal service and attention and make every attempt to keep our prices down. Ever After does not refund shipping charges and is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

Q May I ship to more than one address?
A Yes, you may ship to multiple recipients, but please check out separately for each unique shipping address.

Q Will I receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number?
A If you provide an email address in the shopping cart, you will receive an email when your order has shipped with a tracking number. Tracking services provide detailed information. You can track your package below (gold box) or you can go directly to the USPS.com or UPS.com website to track your package.

The USPS tracking service for USPS Priority mail may indicate the package has been labeled, but does not indicate the package has been picked up, however, we have daily USPS mail pickup from our store. We do not hold packages. They leave our store daily.


Q I need my item shipped today! Is it possible?
A If we can, we will! We do not ship on the weekends, except USPS Priority mail and Express mail packages are picked up--however our local post office is not open. If you need an order shipped the same day, please place the order early in the day and call our store at 253-627-0202 or send an email to sales@everafterstore.com. If you send an email, please make sure that you receive an immediate response. Please follow up with a phone call if you do not receive a return email. We may be busy waiting on customers and packing orders!

When your package has shipped, you will receive an email from our shopping cart and from USPS or UPS with a tracking number. You may track or confirm delivery of your package here or on the UPS.com or USPS.com website.
